After short walk with information for Cappadocia and its history will continue to next stop would be Monks Walley, in Turkish Pasabagi where first hermits of Christianity built their Hermit Cells. After lunch at a nearby restaurant, visit the Goreme Open Air Museum, which houses the best preserved early Christian churches. Aside from churches and their perfectly reserved frescoes, you'll see monks and nuns' everyday life areas. We'll stop in Esentepe on the way to Uchisar for a spectacular view of the Goreme Valley.
The town of Uchisar and Uchisar Castle will be the last stop of the day. You can see how people sculpted the rock for their own use as a living, working, and defecation area, which is still in use today. After a 7-8 hour tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel or another central location of your choice to conclude your regular Cappadocia exploration.
