Today, we will walk through streets steeped in history, and you will smell the aromas of food that reflect Egyptian customs. We will start our day in a lively area such as Downtown or Al-Hussein, where we will visit local food shops and stalls known for their charm and authentic flavors. In addition, each stop is a wonderful opportunity to discover new foods or try new versions of famous Egyptian dishes, such as fava bean sandwiches and fresh falafel straight from the pan, French fries with chili and lemon, and liver cooked in front of you on a small cart. This food is big on flavor in every sense of the word.

Finally, we will conclude our tour by sampling some traditional Egyptian desserts such as hot zalabia, um ali from a local oven, or even rice pudding with cream and nuts.
