It is one of the main landmarks of the Heliopolis neighborhood and one of the most prominent in the capital, where its uniquely innovative image attracts crowds of passersby on the street.
You will learn with us about the history of this great palace, as Edward Louis Joseph Empain established it between (1907-1911 AD, a Belgian businessman and industrialist of Belgian origin who the King of Belgium granted the title (Baron) due to his major economic successes. He hired French architect Alexandre Marcel to construct this architectural wonder. The palace's interior is divided into two storeys with a roof and a basement, and a sizable garden surrounds it. A sequence of rooms connected by doors and passageways make up the servants' quarters, which are located in the palace's basement.A spiral staircase and an elevator connect all floors of the palace to the basement.
