The tour that is widely recommended as the top choice for exploring Egypt includes iconic attractions such as the Giza Pyramids and Memphis City.

Yes, you can visit the ancient city of Memphis as part of a Cairo day tour. Memphis, located approximately 20 kilometers (12 miles) south of Cairo, is one of Egypt's most historically significant cities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's known for its archaeological treasures, including the colossal statue of Ramses II.

In the 7th century, some people from Arabia came and took apart the old city. They used the pieces to build a new city called Fustat, which became the first capital of Muslim Egypt. Later on, another city called Cairo was built using some of the same pieces.

The Great Sphinx of Giza is a famous and iconic monument located on the Giza Plateau near Cairo, Egypt. It's part of the archaeological complex that includes the Giza Pyramids. The site generally has fixed opening hours for tourists, but these hours can vary, so it's a good idea to check with local authorities or your tour guide for the most up-to-date information.

Summer Hours (April 1 to September 30): Open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Please note that these hours are subject to change, and it's essential to verify the current schedule before planning your visit. Also, there may be specific restrictions or closures due to renovation or maintenance work, so checking in advance is advisable.
