Your journey begins early in the morning in Sharm El Sheikh, where our representative will transfer you to Sharm El Sheikh Airport for your flight to Cairo Airport. There, our professional tour guide will welcome you and take you on a fascinating historical tour through the Pharaonic eras.
Our first stop will be the Giza Plateau, where you will stand face to face with the three great pyramids: the Pyramid of Khufu, the largest structure in ancient history and one of the Seven Wonders of the World; the Pyramid of Khafre, adorned with its white limestone capstone; and the Pyramid of Menkaure, smaller in size but no less impressive. Standing behind this architectural wonder is the fabled Sphinx, which has protected these treasures for thousands of years with its magnificent size. In this atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to ride a camel around the pyramids and take stunning panoramic photos to immortalise the moment.
After this tour, we will move slightly south towards the Dahshur area, a quiet spot with less crowded and more authentic pyramids. As the first complete pyramid in ancient Egypt's history, we shall examine the Red Pyramid of King Sneferu. Its towering magnificence and straight design will be our focus. You will also visit the unique Bent Pyramid, which reflects the pharaohs' first attempts to achieve the ideal pyramidal shape. In this atmosphere, you will feel like a living witness to the architectural development that preceded the Pyramids of Giza.
We will then continue our journey to Saqqara, the largest necropolis in ancient Egypt, where we will stand before the step pyramid of King Djoser, one of the most significant architectural feats that altered the path of history and the first pyramid in the globe. Surrounding it are the tombs of nobles, decorated with inscriptions and drawings that recount details of daily life among the ancient Egyptians, from hunting and agriculture to religious rituals, filling your soul with an indescribable sense of the grandeur of a civilisation thousands of years old.
After this enjoyable tour of the pyramids, temples, and tombs, it's time to take a break and enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch at one of the local restaurants, where you can savour the flavours of authentic Egyptian cuisine. The tour will then continue depending on the time available, before returning to Cairo Airport to fly back to Sharm El Sheikh, loaded with wonderful photos and lasting memories from the heart of Pharaonic civilisation.
