Antoniades Park, located in the semouha area east of Alexandria, is one of the oldest historical parks in Egypt, it dates back to the Ptolemaic era, and contains a collection of rare trees and plants, and the park has recently enjoyed a great turnout from citizens, especially since it is adjacent to the Alexandria Zoo, and due to the major development works witnessed by the park, where the Antoniades historical gardens witnessed the completion of the first phase of extensive development works over the past few months, which showed the beauty of those gardens, as the gardens turned into a paradise of rare trees and plants, becoming a name for it is called "Paradise Gardens", due to the history of its creation, which dates back to the era It was located within the suburb of elozis, or what is known as the" Paradise Of Paradise", and this suburb witnessed important historical events for the Ptolemaic Kings.
visitors will be met by a set of divisions of the park of great beauty with wonderful geometric shapes, increasing the beauty of plants and trees in the park, with "landscape" areas for citizens.
The development works are still ongoing in the park, especially in the front area, where the Antoniades Gardens development plan includes the entire park.

He pointed out that the development works are being carried out taking into account the preservation of the history of the garden and its contents of distinctive landmarks, statues and rare plants, especially as it is one of the oldest Gardens in Egypt, and the development works are currently being carried out under the supervision of specialized experts from the professors of the Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture, and several professors of the Faculty of Agriculture, to restore green areas and develop irrigation and drainage mechanisms to preserve plants.
And there is a rare collection of full-size marble statues in the garden, which Baron Antoniades collected, the most famous of which is the statue of Venus, the goddess of beauty.
the palace has witnessed the hosting of several kings of the world and was erected by the daughter of King Fouad I and her husband Mohammad Reza Pahlavan in the first months of marriage, the palace also witnessed the preparatory meeting for the establishment of the Arab League in 1944, and in 2004 the palace was granted to the library Alexandria with the front garden of the palace with an area of 2 acres.
