Trip to Luxor from Hurghada

After that, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Temple of El Deir El Bahri or the Northern Monastery), one of the truly marvelous temples to be found in Egypt, having been cut into the mountain and built by Hatshepsut, one of the very few and most famous female pharaohs of Egypt.

Now we see the grandiose Colossi of Memnon, the two great seated statues carved in the period of King Amenhotep III, which are henceforth seen as the only remaining standing statues confronting the mortuary temple of the King, which once used to stand at this very place!
