Itinerary

We will pick you up from your hotel or airport to start our enjoyable tour to Saqqara to see the Saqqara Pyramid. Egyptian royalty and elites were interred in mastabas prior to his rule.  This term, which means "bench" in Arabic, describes a kind of funerary building that was typically rectangular in shape and constructed above the actual subterranean tomb.  However, we changed in shape and architecture when we constructed the Saqqara pyramid.

The six piled mastabas that comprise the Step Pyramid provide the stepped appearance.  Its architect, Imhotep, could have been the driving force behind this significant breakthrough. Enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch at a trusted local restaurant on Saqqara Road before watching the sunset. Then we will take you on an exciting journey.
