Itinerary

In the morning from Luxor, we will take care of all your transportation, car and domestic flight tickets. Also, upon your arrival in Cairo, we will take you to the Giza Pyramids area. Our guide will introduce you to information about the Pyramid of Cheops and the monument itself, as well as a sequence of legends recounted by the sons of Cheops' court concerning the miracles accomplished by the priests.

After that, we move on to the Khafre Pyramid by buses that the state has set up in the area for your convenience. The simplicity of the chamber passage system may reflect the builder's experi ence of facing in building chambers high in the body of the pyramid. The pyramid was built on a square ground plan of side 215 m. rising to a height of 143.5 m with an angle 53-10'.

Learn about the pyramid of Menkaure and its history, where he started a new system to win over courtiers, allowing them to carve statues, decorate their tombs, and open his palace to educate their children.

One of the most important tours in Egypt is also visiting the museum and the important pieces in the museum, such as: Ra Nefer was one of the most important priests who lived during the fifth dynasty. In addition to being a high priest of Sokar in Memphis, he was regarded as the head of the royal workshops' artists and artisans. These functions explain the high quality of his statues which were found standing in the two niches prepared for them in the back wall of the chapel of his great mastaba at Saqqara. They were excavated by Mariette in 1860 and since then they were exhibited in the Cairo museum.

Enjoy a visit to the Citadel of Saladin. Salah al-din assigned his vizier Bahaa' al-din Qaraqūš to begin the works of construction in572/1176 but Salah al-din didn't live long enough to occupy the residence. The citadel was used as a royal home for the first time by a successor, al-Malik al-Kamil, and it remained the seat of Egypt's rulers until the 19th century.  Find out more about the castle's past.

We provide you with transportation between visits to a restaurant to have your lunch at the end of the trip. We cover the costs until you arrive back at your hotel in Luxor.
