Everyone stands in awe of the historical monuments of Pyramids of Giza and Dahshur, and many questions come to mind: How were the pharaohs able to build such massive structures? How have these monuments survived so long? How has their appearance remained unchanged? Temples and tombs tell us the story of the life of the "ancient Egyptian genius."

The most notable historical sites in Saqqara and Dahshur are worth seeing if you're thinking about making a brief trip to Egypt.  Egypt Vacations provides travel, lodging, and food packages if you want to spend a few days there. You'll get to see up close many of the royal tombs decorated with unique inscriptions and the first pyramids, which were expertly constructed even before the Pyramids of Giza were built. Participate in this intriguing historical period that saw the development of ancient funeral life.

Lunch is not just a meal; it's also a little outing to discover the famous Egyptian dishes and cuisine that are an authentic aspect of Egyptian culture and identity.  Simple, traditional, and unassuming foods are what define Egyptian cuisine.  The flavor that lovers of Egyptian cuisine adore is unaffected by this, nevertheless.  The fact that Egyptian cuisine is high in fat and mostly composed of rice and other grains is another well-known characteristic.

You will be picked up from the airport to the Giza Pyramids and enjoy watching them and learning the most important information such as: The Pyramid of Khufu is the largest of the three pyramids on the Giza Plateau.

Hemiounou was the pyramid's architect.  Stones taken from the Giza Plateau were used to construct the pyramid. The pyramid had a covering of Turâh limestone. The two entrances to the pyramid. The original entrance to the pyramid opens about 17 m above the ground on the north face of the pyramid. It is surmounted by a double vault, and was concealed by the limestone covering. Another entrance was cut below the original entrance by the workmen of Caliph al-Ma'mun in the 9th century.

Then you will be transferred to the Dahshur area. The archaeological settlement of Dahshur is located 71 kilometers from the Giza Governorate on the western bank of the Nile.  Dahshur narrates the evolution of Egyptian architectural design. Despite its historical significance, it boasts a picturesque landscape and a seasonal pond where papyrus plants grow, attracting tourists and migratory birds. These cultural and natural resources have made it a success, ranking it eighth among the most beautiful tourist villages in the world and a destination for rural tourism, according to the World Tourism Organization's standards.
