After breakfast you'll start with a guided tour of the ancient sites of Rabat. First you'll take in the Roman & Berber ruins of Chellah, where ancient stones rise out of serene gardens. Next up will be the picturesque Kasbah Oudaya, where you can lose yourself amongst its white & blue alleyways and see the Andalusian influenced architecture before take in the stunning river views.
Wander the traditional souks and medina lanes before a traditional Moroccan tea at Caf Maure with river views. Sip on refreshing mint tea alongside delicious Moroccan pastries such as Kaab Ghazal and Ghariba.
After lunch you'll be driven to Fes where you'll take in the Roman ruins of Volubilis, now a UNESCO world heritage site. A local guide will show you around the ancient Moroccan Roman heritage.
Then onwards to the Imperial city of Meknes, the work of Sultan Moulay Ismail it is often referred to as 'the Versailles of Morocco' and you will see for yourself with the grand Bab El Mansour gateway, the very heart of the old city.
Arrive in Fes in the evening and check in at your hotel.
