6-Day Tour To Explore Jeddah and AlUla

This morning, we'll start by visiting the four-story Taybat Museum, which displays precious objects from various historical periods, from ancient artifacts to Islamic manuscripts, coins, weapons, traditional Saudi furniture, pottery, and even traditional Saudi dress. Then we'll head to the Jeddah Open Air Museum, which houses one of the largest collections of models and is located on Jeddah's new Corniche, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Red Sea. 

Don't miss the Floating Mosque, which appears to float on the surface of the water and offers great views in the sunlight. Next, you will visit the King Fahd Fountain, considered the tallest of its kind in the world, where salt water from the Red Sea reaches 300 meters into the air. 

Finally, you will head to the traditional architecture of Jeddah, known as Al Balad or the Old City, where you will visit some traditional Ottoman houses, such as the Nassif House, one of the most beautiful Ottoman houses built in 1850, which tells the story of the Nassif trading family that had a great impact on the history of Jeddah. After these exciting visits, you will return to your hotel for the night.

In the morning, you will transfer from your hotel in Jeddah to Medina. Upon arrival in Medina, you will be met by your private guide who will organize a day tour to visit the International Exhibition, the Museum of Prophetic Biography and Islamic Civilization, Quba Street, which connects the Grand Mosque to the Quba Mosque, and the Souq Taiba. The tour will also include lunch at a 5-star hotel overlooking the Prophet's Mosque.

Please note that non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the two mosques, but they can only see the two mosques from the outside. After completing the tour in Medina, you will transfer to AlUla for a journey of about 5 hours.
Upon arrival in AlUla, you will stay overnight in AlUla.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then get ready to explore the wonders of Madain Saleh, a stunning World Heritage Site. This ancient city, formerly known as Hegra, was an important stop along a strategic trade route during ancient times. Spread over an area of 2,000 square meters, Madain Saleh is home to numerous rock-cut monuments and tombs. Don't miss out on key sites as you explore the site, such as the Nabataean Well, Qasr al-Bint, Qasr al-Diwan, Qasr al-Farid, as well as the carefully preserved railroad station.

During your tour of Mada'in Saleh, don't forget to grab a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants. If you have time, consider heading to Harat Awirid, an area located at one of the highest points in the city, offering great panoramic views of the surrounding area. Relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or Arabic tea with some delicious dates, and take in the serene beauty of the sunset from this stunning location.
At the end, you will return from Harat Awirid on an excursion to AlUla, where you will spend an additional two nights at your hotel for overnight stays.

After breakfast, embark on an adventure to discover the masterpieces of the World Heritage Sites of Dadan and Mount Akma. Jabal Ukmah houses the highest concentration and most diverse collection of inscriptions found in AlUla, often resembling a vast open-air library. While Dadan was the capital of the kingdoms of Dadan and Lahyan, this stone-built city has a rich history spanning from the 9th century BC to the 8th century BC. Admire more than a dozen tombs delicately carved into the crimson-red cliffs, with one particularly famous cemetery known as the "Lion Tombs," symbolizing the resting places of prominent members of society.
After exploring the mountain wonders, move on to the Old City where you can delve into AlUla's history as you stroll through AlUla's lush oasis and local farms. Enjoy interacting with a local family and sharing a welcoming tea experience, an experience that promises cultural immersion at its best.
When you feel energized by this heartfelt interaction, continue your journey towards the famous 'Elephant Rock', a stunning natural formation that truly captures the imagination. Upon completion, return to your hotel for dinner.
