Start with the legendary pyramids of Giza, including the mighty Great Pyramid of Khufu-the only remaining wonder of the ancient world. Proceed further to something slightly smaller but equally magnificent-The Pyramid of Chephren and the little Mycerinus Pyramid-that overlooked the great Giza Plateau. Very close, behold the ageless Great Sphinx: a huge statue with a lion's body and a human head, and visit the Valley Temple, which was used in funerary rituals for royalty.
