Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will be waiting to greet you and provide full assistance. You'll be transferred to your hotel in Giza via a private vehicle, where you can drop off your luggage and prepare to embark on our 3 Days Cairo Stopover Honeymoon Itinerary, starting with a visit to the iconic Pyramids of Giza. Here, you'll witness the magnificent Great Pyramid of King Cheops, an enduring symbol of Egypt and the last of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World. Built during the reign of King Khufu in the fourth dynasty (2589-2566 BC), it stands proudly on the Giza Plateau near Cairo.
During your visit, you'll have the option to enjoy a camel ride around the Giza Pyramids for an hour. Next, we'll proceed to explore the Valley Temple of King Chephren and the enigmatic Great Sphinx, a legendary man-headed lion symbolizing strength and wisdom.
Continuing our journey, we'll visit the Step Pyramid of King Djoser in Saqqara, part of the ancient necropolis near Memphis, the former capital of Egypt. This six-tiered, four-sided pyramid is the earliest colossal stone structure in Egypt. You'll also have the opportunity to enter the Pyramid of Teti and the tomb of Kagemni, a noble of the sixth dynasty known for its detailed wall inscriptions depicting animals, fish, and birds in various ceremonial and hunting scenes—an exquisite example of ancient Egyptian artistry.
After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, we'll return to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay in Cairo.
