Itinerary

Meet our representative at Luxor Airport or the railway station, then transfer to embark on the thrilling Luxor to Aswan Nile cruise aboard the Blue Shadow Nile Cruise. After enjoying your open-buffet lunch, begin your first day of Egypt tours by visiting Karnak Temple, one of Egypt's most influential landmarks. 

Continue your Luxor East Bank tours with a visit to the magnificent Luxor Temple, built during the prosperous New Kingdom, particularly during the reign of Ramses II. Enjoy afternoon tea and a Belly Dance show. Dinner will be served aboard the cruise ship, followed by an overnight stay in Luxor.

Enjoy breakfast aboard the cruise ship before embarking on the Luxor West Bank Egypt Day Tours. Begin by visiting the Valley of the Kings, the royal necropolis of the New Kingdom, followed by an excursion to the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir El-Bahari. Hatshepsut, the second female ruler of ancient Egypt, was renowned for her strong leadership and the significant restorations undertaken during her reign.

After a buffet breakfast served aboard the cruise ship in Aswan, you will begin your Shore excursions. Explore the High Dam, which has protected Egypt from the annual floods of the Nile in modern times. Visit the Unfinished Obelisk at the granite quarries to learn how massive pillars, stones, and obelisks were cut and used in constructing the grand pyramids during the Old Kingdom and the temples of the New Kingdom. 

Continue your tour with a visit to the Temple of Philae, which overlooks the enchanting Nile and is dedicated to the Goddess of Magic, Isis, the mother of the god Horus. Enjoy lunch aboard the cruise ship, followed by afternoon tea. Savor a delicious dinner while enjoying a Nubian Folkloric Show. Overnight in Aswan.
