On arrival in Luxor you meet up with our representative and get picked up in a modern air-conditioned vehicle for a full day of visiting the most famous places of Luxor, including the world's largest place of worship, i.e., Temple of Karnak. The temple, or rather the temple complex, was worked on by successive pharaohs for over two thousand years. Then on the way for lunch, you will pay a visit to the magnificent Luxor Temple-the temple that Amenhotep III and Ramses II built for rites and festivals, and which is dedicated to the god Amun.
Afterward, you head out to the east bank of the Nile outside Luxor for an exciting day visit to the Valley of the Kings with 62 tombs of ancient Egyptian pharaohs, the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the two Colossi of Memnon built by King Amenhotep II. During this phase of the tour, you'll have the chance to dine on typical Egyptian fare.
