Itinerary

Our representative will be expecting you inside your terminal at Cairo International Airport with a signboard displaying your name and the company's name Cairo Top Tours. He will transfer you to the hotel in Giza by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. When you reach Giza you will check into the hotel. our representative will assist you with a smooth check-in and he will review for you the itinerary of your 8 Days Egypt Tour to discuss and revise all pick-up times for different tours.

Welcome Drinks will be served.

Enjoy your breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant and then get ready to continue your Egypt Classic Tours. Today your tour guide will take you to visit the Egyptian Museum, which is considered one of the most famous antiquities museums in the world because of its large collection of Egyptian antiques exhibited on two floors including the royal treasure of the golden pharaoh Tutankhamen.

We will move on to enjoy the tour of the Giza pyramids and the great sphinx.

Our Coptic Cairo tour will take you to see the Roman fortress of Babylon and the Hanging Church of the Holy Virgin Mary well known as Al Mualaka or the suspended church because it was built above the towers of the fortress.

During our Cairo Day Tours, you will also visit the church of the Holy Family or the Church of St Sergius which was built above the crypt inside which the holy family stayed over three months and the spring from which they got their water supplies, then we will go to Ben Ezra Synagogue which is according to tradition built on the spot where the basket of baby Moses was found.

We will stop to have a delicious lunch then we will head to  Khan El Khalili bazaar in the heart of Islamic Cairo, and explore the walls and gates of medieval Cairo and the old streets date back to the 10th century.

Our representative will take you back to your hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Get ready to meet your expert English-speaking tour guide after having breakfast to start the tour to Alexandria from Cairo during our Egypt Classic Tours. We will transfer you from Cairo to Alexandria by air-conditioned vehicles. The trip takes about 2 and a half hours and you will stop on the way for a break.

Finally, you will reach Alexandria, the shining pearl of the Mediterranean and the second capital of Egypt, The name of the city dates back to its founder, the Macedonian leader Alexander the Great, who ruled Egypt in 332 B.C.

Begin your sightseeing at the famous site known as  Pompey’s Pillar, built in 297 A.D to celebrate the victory of a Roman emperor named Diocletian (who ruled Rome between 284 and 305 A.D and also took control over Egypt) following a revolt in Alexandria, then you will be transferred to the Catacombs of Kom El Shokkafa,  which were discovered as soon as the 20th century began and is considered one of the largest burial Roman places, after that, you will drive by the seaside to reach the Citadel of Qaitbay, built on the ruins of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria. It enjoys an excellent position, at the end of a narrow strip of land extending into the Eastern Port.

Visit the oldest center of scientific research in history, the Bibliotheca of Alexandria. which once was the largest in the world. Located in the city that gives it its name, facing the Mediterranean, it was founded at the beginning of the 3rd century BC. C. by Ptolemy I.

Having a fresh seafood lunch meal is a must while visiting Alexandria! enjoy it made out of the freshest ingredients.

Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo.

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, and then the Cairo Top Tours tour leader will transfer you to Cairo Airport to take your flight to Aswan.

Upon arrival at Aswan airport, you will be met and transferred to embark on your Egypt Nile River Cruise before lunch. In the afternoon the tour guide will meet you in the lobby to start Aswan day tours and he will take you on an amazing journey to sail on the river Nile by Felucca around Kitchener's Island and Agha Khan Mausoleum. Afternoon Tea will be served aboard the Nile Cruise, A Delicious dinner is going to be served onboard and a lovely Nubian Folkloric show will start after dinner. Overnight in Aswan above the water of the Nile.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Another breakfast will be served aboard the Nile cruise boat, then head to visit the High Dam, which was built during the time of former president Nasser, and the Unfinished Obelisk which was to honor the sun god Amun Ra and was made during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut. In addition to the Temple of Philae, which has been reused as a Coptic Church during the Roman era. 

Then the guide will take you back to the Nile Cruise and it will start the sailing towards Kom Ombo, enjoy your buffet lunch during the sailing, after that visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. Sail to Edfu after you have spent the time at Kom Ombo. Enjoy afternoon tea and the wonderful scenes on the way, Captain's welcome cocktail ( smart casual attire ). Amazing dinner will be prepared onboard and Discotheque music for entertainment after dinner.

You will have your good quality breakfast aboard your Nile cruise, and take the horse carriage to visit the Temple of Edfu, built during the Ptolemaic Era and it was dedicated to god Horus the son of the god Osiris and goddess Isis, has some traditional Egyptian elements with a few Greek characters. Enjoy your lunch on board while sailing to Luxor and afternoon tea will be served on the upper deck of our Nile Cruise. Another fine dinner is also included aboard the boat and an Egyptian Galabya party will be organized by the tour guides and all the groups on board will be kindly requested to participate.

Disembark from your Nile cruise after taking your last breakfast on board, and begin your magnificent sightseeing tours in Luxor to the West Bank of Luxor including the Valley of the Kings, it's a royal burial ground for pharaohs such as Tutankhamun and Ramses II, in addition to queens, and other elites of the 18th dynasty, 19th dynasty, and 20th dynasty. We will also see the huge Colossi of Memnon, which is a mortuary temple located in Thebes. The temple has now been destroyed but the statue of Amenhotep III remained. The statues, even after the destruction, seem to be an impressive masterpiece. Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, known as El Deir El Bahari temple.

Explore the complex of Karnak temples, which is the largest ancient religious site in the world, and the temple of Luxor. After that, you will be transferred by a modern air-conditioned vehicle to Luxor Airport to take your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be transferred to your hotel overnight.
