At first, our tour leader will take you from the hotel and you will depart from the hotel or airport by an air-conditional vehicle to Abu Dhabi. The first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, well known as the Grand White Mosque. During our tour of this religious building, we will discover why it is recognized as one of the most stunning buildings in the world: both the exterior and the interior are sure to surprise us. Go down and enter the mosque with the tour guide to see the modern Islamic masterpiece with its white domes, minarets, and courtyards all of these elements are inspired by mamluks, Ottomans, and Fatimid architecture.
The tour will continue along the Abu Dhabi Corniche, an impressive eight-kilometer stretch of perfectly manicured waterfront with a children’s play area, beaches, cafés, and restaurants, passing by the Etihad Towers, the site of numerous scenes from the seventh Fast and Furious movie. And to get a closer look at the luxury of the city, we will pass by the majestic Emirates Palace Hotel, one of the best-known landmarks of Abu Dhabi. Next, you will be guided to Abu Dhabi Marina Mall where you will have the time for shopping and Lunch.
A must-stop will be the Abu Dhabi Date Market. An outstanding place where you will find high-quality dates that are produced locally in the UAE as in Oman and Arabia. You will then transfer to the Abu Dhabi Heritage Village, where you will have the opportunity to experience the traditional aspects of the desert way of life.
The complex includes all the features of the traditional Emirati way of life: A fort defending against invaders, a souk where daily trade in goats, camels, and other means of subsistence takes place, and a mosque showing that the religion of Islam plays an important role in the lifestyle. After that, you will head on to the last attraction of the Abu Dhabi city tour, Yas Island. The island is a multi-purpose leisure destination in Abu Dhabi and is home to Ferrari World, Yas Water World, and Yas Marina Circuit. A photo stop will be made at Ferrari World.
After a long yet adventurous day, we will transfer you back to your hotel in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
