Following breakfast, head to Madaba, Jordan's one of the most historic cities renowned for its incredible Byzantine mosaics. Head to the Church of St. George to see the oldest mosaic map of the Holy Land which is an important 6th century masterpiece. Follow on to Mount Nebo where Moses is thought to have seen the Promised Land. Visit the ancient monastery, and enjoy panoramic views of the Jordan Valley and Jerusalem on a clear day.

Later, go to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea, for a relaxing experience. Just relax in its mineral-rich waters, which have natural therapeutic properties, and savor the distinct environment before heading back to your Amman hotel for a night's rest.

Following breakfast, indulge in an all-day visit to one of the wonders of the world, the magnificent rose-red city of Petra, Jordan's crown jewel. Carved into pink sandstone cliffs by the Nabataeans during the 6th century BC, Petra is one of the world's greatest archaeological treasures. Explore the narrow Siq, a dramatic canyon that leads to the iconic Treasury, and then enjoy the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle, showcasing the incredible craftsmanship and history of this ancient city.

Petra is one of the 7 Wonders of the World, and is a truly amazing journey through centuries of history and culture. At the end of your tour, once again head back to your hotel in Amman, and spend the night there.

Check out of your hotel after breakfast and depart for Cairo on your flight to Egypt's Queen Alia International Airport. Once you arrive, our representative will greet you and help you through the airport after which you'll be picked up in a private air-conditioned car and driven to your hotel. From there head back to Cairo and overnight to the ancient Egyptian capital of Memphis, its open-air museum and statues are impressive.

Visit the impressive Citadel of Qaitbay, a 15th-century fortress built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Continue to the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa and Pompey's Pillar, two of the city's most remarkable Greco-Roman landmarks.
