To provide you the knowledge you need, your guide will be accompanying you. We'll make an excursion at El Alamein to see a few places, including the Military Museum. It was opened in 1965 and was redeveloped in coordination with the countries that participated in the war.. A hall was created to illustrate Egypt's military role during historical periods, especially during World War II. On the 50th anniversary of the Battle of El Alamein in 1992, the museum reopened following renovations.

Discover the El Alamein Cemeteries. There are three primary burial sites in the cemetery. The first, for Commonwealth victims, was designed by British engineer Sir John Hubert Worthington and was opened in the presence of Allied commander Bernard Montgomery. It contains the remains of 7,367 victims from Britain, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, France, India, and Malaysia. Its walls bear the names of 11,945 lost troops.. The second, the Italian cemetery, was designed by Italian engineer Paolo Caccia Dominioni and was opened in the presence of Italian Prime Minister Amintore Fanfani on January 9, 1959. It contains the remains of 4,634 Italian soldiers, in addition to a memorial plaque noting the 38,000 missing. Lastly, the German cemetery conceived as a castle perched on a hill by German engineer Robert Tesgler was opened in October 1959, containing the remains of 4,280 soldiers, 80 of whom are unidentified in a separate chamber.

We will go to Marsa Matruh to eat fish and have a quick look at the beaches, then we will move to Siwa to watch the sunset at Fatnas Island before going to your hotel.

Today we will move to the old town of Shali for a beautiful panoramic view and to see all of Siwa. Your guide will explain why Shali was built and how the people of this area lived inside the small rooms. The Shali fortress, built on a high hill, is surrounded by a tall wall with a main entrance called "Bab Inshal" in the Amazigh language spoken by the people of Siwa, which means "City Gate". There is also the old mosque, one of the oldest mosques in North Africa.. Prayers are being performed within the mosque, which was reopened following repair work as part of the Shali rehabilitation project in December 2015.

During your tour, learn some Siwan words spoken only in Siwa, in addition to their customs and traditions, their wedding celebration clothes, what a woman wears after marriage, and how she looks.

As you leave Shali city to go to the Temple of the Oracle, you will see the most important houses that attracted foreigners and developed them, but preserved the environmental and Siwan heritage.

You will visit the Siwi House Museum to see the most important Siwi possessions, including their clothes, jewelry, and important musical instruments.

After that, we visit the Mountain of the Dead. You can't visit Siwa without visiting the Mountain of the Dead, to witness a scene that blends life and death simultaneously. From the top of the mountain, you can witness the green color of the palm trees, and inside the mountain, you find those tombs bearing drawings dating back thousands of years. The human journey between life and death is therefore embodied by the Mountain of the Dead.
