We'll have a tour leader waiting for you at the Alexandria port to take you on a day trip to Cairo in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.
We'll begin our tour of the Giza Pyramids with the three Egyptian Symbols of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. The Great Sphinx was built during the reign of Chephren, Khafre's reign is when the Sphinx first appeared, and the Valley Temple should thereafter be explored.
The world's oldest significant stone construction, the Step Pyramid of Zoser in Saqqara, is an excellent next stop on our journey. For King Djoser, it was erected during the third dynasty, and it is an excellent example of stone construction.
Would you like to experience a tranquil Nile cruise? We have a felucca available for boarding, and we'll have lunch there too. In the evening, we can offer you an optional Cairo Shopping Tour if time permits.
We will be finished with our trip soon, and then you will be transferred back to the port in Alexandria.
