Daily Details for Travel Tour and Activities
When your plane lands at Cairo International Airport on the first day, a friendly representative from our organization will meet and greet you and make arrangements for a private, air-conditioned transfer to your Cairo hotel. We will assist you with every step of the check-in procedure there and work with you to reassess your travel schedule.
On the morning of your second day, we will pick you up in a private car to start your day trips to Cairo after breakfast at your hotel, the great sphinx, King Khufu's Valley Temple, and the three enormous pyramids of Khufu, Khafra, and Mankawra can all be seen in the area surrounding the Great Pyramids, where the journey begins. After stopping for lunch at a nearby restaurant, you and your guide will visit Dahshour to take a tour of the neighborhood and take in all of its sights before moving on to Memphis. When the day is over, you'll be driven back to your hotel.
We will start your wonderful tour of Alexandria at 6:30 a.m. when our tour guide will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. Egypt's most significant Mediterranean city, Alexandria, is where we will go from Cairo.
The Citadel of Qaitbey, located in the port, is a 15th-century stronghold that will be your first stop. It still contains the visible remnants of the famous Alexandria lighthouse. You will visit the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, one of the most significant cultural hubs in the eastern Mediterranean, at the end of the day. Later in the afternoon, we will drive you back to your Cairo hotel.
You will be taken to the Egyptian Civilization National Museum, which showcases the rich diversity of Egyptian culture throughout history, after breakfast. Your hotel will be picked up by our tour guide. Following lunch, you will be driven to Coptic Cairo by our guide.
View the St. Sergius and The Hanging Church, built over the crypt housing St. Joseph the Carpenter, Jesus, and his mother during their three-month stay. Your final building stop is the Ben Ezra Synagogue, built before the ninth century and used for a considerable amount of time as a Coptic Church.
After your trip is over, we'll return you to your hotel.
On the fifth day, you will depart for Cairo to begin your White Desert Tour, which also includes a visit to the Bahariya Oasis. The journey can start anywhere, just like most of our day trips in Cairo. The Bahariya Oasis is an hour's drive from Cairo in an air-conditioned car.
You are scheduled to visit the Golden Mummies Museum. The mummies were found in large Greco-Roman cemeteries next to the remains of an Alexander the Great Temple. There will also be visibility of the 26th dynasty rulers or the local nobility's tombs. Seeing the Temple of Muftella, which was built in honor of the god Bis, will also delight you. Then, to enjoy a delicious meal of Egyptian cuisine, we'll take you to a restaurant designed to resemble an oasis. This ought to be an exciting tour for you, an Egypt desert safari.
After that, we'll head to The White Desert for a unique White Desert Safari. On the way to Cairo, we will travel south of the oasis through the Valley of El Haize, a verdant village in the middle of the desert that precedes the black desert. After that, you will be driven through The Black Desert, which is home to breathtaking mountains coated in tiny black volcanic rocks, on your way to Cairo.
We'll make a stop in Bahariya before continuing on our journey to take in the stunning dunes, Salt Lake, and fruit orchards.
Our tour guide will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby at the designated time on the last day so you can be driven back to the Cairo airport and leave Egypt with newfound knowledge, amazing photos, and priceless memories.
