Though most companies will use the same sites for their packages, this is mainly because the majority of visitors are experiencing Egypt for the first time, and so these are the “must-see” sites. Egypt has literally hundreds of ancient sites which can be visited and it only takes a request for them to be explored.

What you want to see and do in Egypt will largely determine your itinerary. Many of our tour packages are intended for travelers with only a week or so to spend in Egypt; however, if you want to take your time and truly experience everything the country has to offer, we advise two weeks or longer.

If you need to, you can renew your tourist visa for a longer period of time; however, you must do so by applying at the Mogamma building in Tahrir Square or at the comparable government offices in other well-known towns like Alexandria or Luxor.
