Start the day with a nutritional breakfast on board, followed by a tour that will give you a peek into some of the charming sights Aswan has to offer. In reality, today's tour is about the majesty of the 18th Dynasty Temple of Kalabsha, which is committed to the gods Amun-Re and Khnum. It gives an insight into the religious way of life and also the engineering skills in ancient Egypt.

From there, head to Beit El Wali to see the marvelously carved reliefs and inscriptions that relate to the actions of Pharaoh Ramses II, which give a glimpse into the life and times of that magnificent ruler.

The highlight of the day is the famous Temple of Abu Simbel, famous for its huge statues and the structure itself, with breathtaking scenes portraying the gods Amun-Re, Ra-Horakhty, and Ptah, with the reverenced form of Ramses II.

Continue later to Wadi El Sebou, a location with a number of temples, offering great views and allowing for further insight into Ancient Egypt's culture and history.

With the compelling breakfast provided onboard, Your Egypt Day Tours launches on a tour to Wadi El Sebou, one of the largest archaeological sites, hosting big temples commissioned by Ramses II. The site had been relocated from its original place to avoid submersion by Lake Nasser.

Some of the temple reliefs told about the triumphal conquests of the Pharaohs and their adoration of the gods. The temples standing here stand as testaments to the ancient and modern wonders of engineering.
It proceeds to the Temple of Amada, one of the oldest in Nubia, built during the time of Thutmose III and dedicated to the god Amon Ra.

The walls of this temple are well-preserved, with artwork together with inscriptions recording the religious rituals and god worship in ancient Egypt.

This temple also says a great deal about the craftsmanship of the Nubians during the time of Thutmose III and Ramses II, when it was a great center of spiritual life.
Later on, our guests would be transferred back to the cruise to be able to rest in their cabins during the afternoon, viewing the nice scenery of Lake Nasser. Later on, dinner would be an excellent evening to recall these wonderful experiences and views seen at the Your Egypt Day Tours.

You will enjoy a delectable breakfast on board while sailing to the historical site at Qasr Ibrim in Nubia. Although the royal tombs are no longer accessible, Qasr Ibrim's great cultural and strategic significance can be gauged from the vantage point of the ship.

The tour continues to the stunning temples at Abu Simbel, which ascertain and give proof of the powerful leadership that connected Ramses II with divinity.
