2 Days Cairo Tour from Alexandria Port

if you intend to spend a few days in Alexandria! After spending the night in Cairo, take a day trip to discover the city's most well-known attractions, such as the Giza Pyramids. Visit the Giza Necropolis to see the Great Sphinx, which is regarded as the highest man-made structure dating back more than 3,000 years. Additionally, investigate the Tomb of Saqqara and the Memphis Pyramids.

Overnight to Cairo from Alexandria port

On your first day, you will enjoy a camel ride, and on the next day, you will visit the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel of Salah El-Dien, and Old Cairo, Where visitors have been enthralled by the World Heritage Site's winding alleyways of golden stone for ages. Its exquisite mosques, madrassas, hammams, and fountains make it one of the oldest Islamic towns in the world. Then, after having your lunch in the restaurant, you will be transferred to a shopping tour in Khan-el-Khalili: one of the oldest bazaars where you can buy Egyptian souvenirs and clothes.

After you finish your trip, you will be transferred to Alexandria Port.

Itinerary

Your representative will meet you at the  Alexandria Port and escorts you to Cairo. The trip begins with the Necropolis of Giza, which is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. After exploring the Giza pyramids, you will enjoy a camel ride around the pyramids. You will then visit Memphis, the capital of the Old Kingdom of Egypt.

The ruins of Memphis hold some extraordinary funerary monuments, including rock tombs, ornate mastabas, temples, and pyramids. You will move to a high-quality restaurant to take your lunch.

Then you will discover Saqqara is one of the most important cities in ancient Egyptian history. Saqqara is truly an open-air museum, and Saqqara also features tombs from the First Intermediate Period.

At the end of your day, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo to rest for the rest of the night. You can also enjoy one of the activities that we offer to you in Cairo at night. Meals: Lunch.

Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel in the morning to begin your day in Cairo with a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The museum is one of the world's oldest and contains a significant collection of artifacts from ancient Egypt. The museum also has a collection of modern-era artifacts, including the famous "Little Pharaoh" collection from Tutankhamun.

and visit the most famous site in Cairo, "the citadel of Salah el-din'' The Citadel is one of Cairo's main attractions and probably the most popular Islamic monument in Cairo. Salah El-Din built it in 1176 AD. Then, you will move to explore Old Cairo to visit and see the church of St Sergius, which was built over the crypt where Jesus Christ and his mother are. You will come across the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which was built before the 9th century and was converted into a Jewish synagogue. After that, transfer to a good-quality local restaurant to have your delicious lunch. Finally, your tour guide will take you to the oldest Market of the Islamic quarter, Khan El Khalili, Egypt's oldest market, to buy Egyptian souvenirs and clothes.

Then you will be transferred to Alexandria port to finish your 2-day Cairo Tour.
