After breakfast, your Siwa Oasis Desert Safari adventure continues with a visit to the fascinating ruins of the old town of Siwa, known as Shali. Despite its partial decay, the remnants of this ancient town offer a glimpse into Siwa's rich history. Next, you will be transferred to the Temple of Alexander the Great, also called the Temple of the Oracle, located in the ancient village of Aghurmi. Dating back to the 26th dynasty, this temple played a significant role in ancient Egypt’s history and was believed to be a site where Alexander the Great sought guidance.

Your tour then takes you to the Temple of Amun Ra at Um Ubeyda, a sacred site dedicated to the god Amun and his divine triad. Afterward, experience Siwa’s unique heritage by visiting the Siwa House Museum, where you'll learn about the rich culture and customs of the local Bedouin tribes.

For thrill-seekers, the adventure continues with an exhilarating sandboarding experience. Glide down the massive dunes of the Great Sand Sea, and with the right wax, enjoy a thrilling ride down the soft sands. Afterward, relax and wash off the desert dust with a dip in the famous hot spring, Bir Wahid. Its warm, 40°C waters provide a soothing retreat to relax your muscles.

Next, you will head to the Bedouin village of Abu Ali, where you’ll experience the simple yet captivating Bedouin lifestyle. Take the opportunity to visit their one-class school and explore other interesting features of their daily life. As part of this cultural immersion, you'll visit the site believed to be the Tomb of Alexander the Great, a place that adds a layer of historical mystique to your journey.

Afterward, return to Siwa to visit Dakrour Mountain, a site of great cultural importance for the Siwan people. It is here that they celebrate the annual Tourism Festival of El Syaha, held during the first full moon of October. The festival is a time of unity and tradition for the Siwan community, and you’ll learn about its significance while enjoying the stunning views from the mountain.
