10 days unforgettable Egypt Christmas tour

Our tour guide will pick you up from your accommodation, assist with check-out, and drive you to the Cairo airport where your flight to Luxor will depart from. After you arrive in Luxor, your tour guide will drive you to your hotel so you can rest before we go off for our first stop. The Luxor Museum is a lot of fun. The Brooklyn Museum in New York designed displays of ceramics, jewellery, furniture, sculptures, and stelae. They contain a carefully chosen mix of artefacts from the Necropolis and Theban temples. A cow-goddess head and other treasures from Tutankhamun's tomb are on display.

The Mummification Museum is the perfect place to learn about the mysteries of the most elusive pharaohs. There are a lot of mummified animals there, as well as human and animal mummies, so you can learn a lot about the process. Additionally, the museum has all the tools and equipment used in mummification, so you can understand the process better.

We'll take a break for lunch at a nearby restaurant before returning you to your accommodation in Luxor for the evening.

As the surrounding Nile levels rose as a result of the construction of the High Dam, the Philae Temple was carefully relocated to its current location (about 500 metres from the original site).
