The trip starts off with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Makadi Bay to Hurghada bus station then transfer by the bus to Cairo where you will meet your private tour guide who will guide you through all the incredible wonders of the ancient Egyptian civilization.
You'll get to see the pyramids of Giza which are considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World and one of the most visited attractions in Egypt because they have stood for thousands of years and still remain standing today despite many attempts by various people who have tried to destroy them over time. They were built by pharaohs who were buried in them as a way to help them get into heaven.
Then it's off to see the Great Sphinx which is a giant statue of an Egyptian god with the head of a man and the body of a lion—it's about 20 meters (65 feet) tall! This statue has been standing guard over the pyramids for thousands of years—and it's still just as impressive now as it was then.
Next up, we'll go to the Egyptian Museum, which is home to over 120,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt. These include mummies, jewelry, and weapons from the pharaohs' tombs and temples. It's also home to some famous treasures from Tutankhamun's tomb-like his gold mask!
After lunch, we'll head to Khan el-Khalili bazaar (it's not called "bazaar" for nothing), where you can grab some souvenirs before heading back to the bus station and transfer back to your hotel in Makadi Bay.
