After Our tour guide will greet you in the morning at the agreed-upon time, we begin our drive north, making our first stop to visit the awe-inspiring Jeita Grotto. Here, you'll be able to explore a portion of the limestone cave system, which spans about 9 kilometers. The caverns include one of the world's greatest collections of stalactites and stalagmites, and they were finalists in the New 7 Wonders of Nature competition; it's no surprise that they're regarded a symbol of Lebanon.
Our final destinations of the day is the one-of-a-kind Baatara Gorge sinkhole, where a 255-meter waterfall falls down into the massive cavern during the spring and after heavy rains. We will have time for a short climb here, as well as an exploration of the surrounding Douma Village.
