A four-day short vacation in Cairo

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at your hotel in Cairo. Your Egypt Classic Tour with a knowledgeable Egyptologist from Cairo Top Tours guiding you through the famous Giza Pyramids. First, you’ll visit the awe-inspiring Great Pyramid of King Cheops, the last remaining wonder of the ancient world, built over 4,500 years ago. Continue to see the Pyramids of Kings Chephren and Mycerinus, marveling at these magnificent structures.

Next, visit the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple of King Chephren, who was the builder of the second pyramid and owner of the Sphinx.

Next, visit the Citadel of Saladin and the stunning Mohamed Ali Mosque, a highlight of Islamic Cairo. From the top of the Citadel, enjoy panoramic views of Cairo’s skyline filled with domes, minarets, and mosques.

Following lunch, you’ll embark on a tour of Coptic Cairo, where you’ll visit the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon, the Hanging Church, and the Church of St. Sergius and Bacchus. You’ll also explore the Ben Ezra Synagogue, thought to be the site where baby Moses was found floating on the Nile before being adopted by the Pharaoh's daughter.

The day continues with a stroll through the vibrant Islamic district and the historic Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of Cairo’s most famous and lively markets.
