Daily Details for Travel Tour and Activities
Upon landing at Cairo International Airport, a Cairo Top Tours representative will warmly welcome you and assist with entry procedures. You'll be transferred to your hotel in Giza or Cairo via private vehicle. After checking in, you’ll go over your 7-day tour itinerary with your guide and confirm any additional activities. Relax and enjoy your first evening in Cairo, with a welcome drink awaiting you at the hotel.
Begin your day with a buffet breakfast featuring both international and Egyptian dishes. Your English-speaking guide will take you to the Giza Plateau, where you will visit the Great Pyramid of Cheops, along with the Pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinus, followed by the iconic Sphinx. After a comprehensive tour, with plenty of opportunities for photos, explore the Valley Temple of King Chephren. A delicious lunch will be served at a top-rated Cairo restaurant. In the afternoon, venture into Islamic Cairo, visiting the lively Khan El Khalili bazaar and enjoying traditional mint tea at one of Cairo's historic cafes. Later, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum to view treasures like the mask of Tutankhamun, before a tour of Coptic Cairo, including the Hanging Church, St. Sergius Church, and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and depart for Bahariya Oasis, a 4-hour drive from Cairo in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival, explore the Valley of the Golden Mummies, the Tombs of the Nobles, and the Temple of Alexander the Great. After lunch in the oasis, check into your hotel and relax. Later in the afternoon, immerse yourself in local culture, take a walk through the oasis, and ascend Black Mountain to enjoy panoramic views and a sunset over the desert landscape.
Start your morning with breakfast before visiting the salt lake and sand dunes of Bahariya. Then, head out to explore the palm groves and fruit gardens. Discover the volcanic landscapes of the Black Desert and the quartz-rich Crystal Mountain. Next, travel to the White Desert, renowned for its striking chalk rock formations carved by wind and sand. Spend the night camping under the stars in the White Desert, with an opportunity to spot desert wildlife such as foxes, while savoring a traditional Bedouin dinner.
After breakfast, enjoy a visit to the nearby hot springs and take in more of the White Desert’s spectacular formations. You will then begin your journey back to Cairo, where you’ll check into your hotel and spend your final night in the city.
On your last morning, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before a Cairo Top Tours representative transfers you to Cairo International Airport, assisting with your departure and ensuring a smooth end to your trip.
