The library contains two sections, an Arab section and a foreign one. The Arab section contains a very large number of books and more than the foreign ones and is present in the Dar al-Kutub so far.

At the beginning of the museum, there is a large bronze head of Taha Hussein, and there is also the chair on which he was sitting, the dining hall, and the place designated for his son. There are also two rooms for the administration.
