5 Days Cairo and Luxor Holiday Package during the Christmas

Enjoy your first breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, then meet Cairo Top Tours' accredited Egyptologist guide who will accompany you to the Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramid of King Cheops, the only monument of the seven man-made wonders of the ancient world that remains largely in existence and the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus, the famous Sphinx and the temple of the valley in front of the great statue of our classic tours in Egypt, our tour of the plateau includes a panoramic tour to see all the pyramids of Giza together and make delicate photos.

Then we will take you to Saqqara to visit the Step Pyramid complex and the world's first all-stone building (Djoser pyramid). The tour includes the entrance to the pyramid of Teti which has the most spectacular interior of all accessible pyramids and the tombs of the nobles of Saqqara to get a glimpse of the daily life in ancient Egypt with all its activities inscribed and painted on the walls and corridors of these 4000 year old tombs.

You will take a lunch break then you will move to Memphis the capital of the pharaohs for one thousand years and a very important religious and cultural center throughout the three thousand years of ancient Egyptian civilization to visit the open-air museum famous for having the alabaster sphinx the second largest made out of an eighty tons block of marble and the fallen gigantic statue of Ramses the second. Back to your hotel and overnight in Cairo.

You will have a nice breakfast at the hotel then around 3:30 am transfer to Cairo airport to take your flight to Luxor. Arrive in Luxor, meet and be assisted by the Cairo Top Tours representative, then start your tours from Luxor to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Colossi of Memnon and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut well known as the Temple of Deir El Bahari. Afterwards, our guide will take you to start the tours of the East Bank of Luxor by visiting the Karnak temple complex. 

Late check-in will be done before resting before visiting Luxor Temple where the night lights inside an ancient temple create a special atmosphere. Visit Luxor temple to see its court and the granite statues of Ramses II, at around 9:00 pm, and after finishing the day tours in Luxor, you will be taken back to your hotel for the night in Luxor

A delicious breakfast will be served at the hotel. Around 6:00 am Transfer to Luxor airport to catch your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be accompanied by your private guide to begin your day trips to Cairo by visiting the Egyptian Museum, which has the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities in the world and the only royal treasure found intact, the treasures of the Golden Pharaoh. Tutankhamun is one of our classic Egypt tour programs.

Afterwards, your personal driver and guide will take you to visit Saladin's Citadel, including the alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali, and enjoy a panoramic view of Islamic Cairo with mosques, minarets and domes hundreds of years old and some over a thousand years old.

Enjoy your lunch in an amazing restaurant then go to Coptic Cairo to visit the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon and the Hanging Church suspended above its ancient bastions and the church of St Sergius with the crypt inside which the holy family stayed nearly three months and the spring from which they got their water supplies then we will visit Ben Ezra Synagogue said to be the site of the pharaoh's palace where the basket of Moses was picked up from the Nile.

you will continue driving to Islamic Cairo, to spend some time with local people in the historical market of Khan El Khalili, Cairo's old bazaar.

Check into the hotel and overnight in Cairo.
