Upon your arrival in Egypt, a representative from Cairo Top Tours will be waiting for you at Cairo International Airport with a signboard bearing your name. He will accompany you to your hotel.

You will be transferred to the hotel with a private air-conditioned modern vehicle. When you arrive at the Giza pyramids hotel or similar, the Cairo Top Tours guide will assist with a quick check-in and he will review your Egypt Christmas and New Year Tours itinerary with you to confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo

Start with your tour to Giza Pyramids to see the huge structures that were built by the great pharaohs of Egypt during the 4th dynasty, Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus. When you arrive we will start our day tour in Alexandria by visiting the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, which was a private tomb of a rich Romanized Egyptian family that has been expanded in later centuries to become a burial for the common people of Alexandria. From there you will have a short drive to the great Pompey's Pillar, which is the highest-standing pillar in Egypt built by the people of Alexandria in gratuity for the Roman Emperor Diocletian who diverted a portion of the annual tribute of corn and grain that Egypt used to send to Rome to the relief of the citizens.
