Upon arrival at Cairo airport, you will be greeted by our Egyptologist guide and taken on a tour of the city, including a visit to the Giza pyramids and the Egyptian Museum.  We recommended that you wear white cotton clothes to avoid the sun's rays and to feel more comfortable.

After you arrive in Cairo, you'll be taken by bus to the Giza Plateau. You'll begin your tour at the Pyramids of Khufu (Great Pyramid), Khafre (Second Pyramid), and Menkaure (Third Pyramid). You'll learn about how they were built and their significance in ancient Egyptian culture.

Then you'll take a walk through the Valley Temple before heading inside the Great Pyramid itself for a brief tour led by an expert guide. Afterward, enjoy light refreshments at a local cafe before returning to your hotel by bus.

The rest of your first day will be spent at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. The museum houses over 130,000 artifacts from throughout Egypt's history; it is one of the largest museums in the world and contains some of the most famous finds from ancient Egypt.

In the evening you will be driven to Cairo airport for a flight to Luxor and then meet our representative and transfer to the hotel for overnight there.

The Hatshepsut temple is a beautiful temple dedicated to queen Hatshepsut who ruled Egypt during Dynasty 18. This is one of Egypt's most important archaeological sites, so we'll make sure you have enough time here to explore on your own.

After taking in all that history, we'll move on to Hatshepsut temple—a beautiful temple built by one of Egypt's most powerful female pharaohs. Then it's off to Colossi of Memnon with its unique acoustics (listen out for them at noon!).

Finally, you'll end your tour at Karnak Temple—one of Egypt's largest temples ever built and home to many monuments from ancient Egypt and still an active worship site today! This tour will give you an amazing introduction to all Luxor attractions!
