If you prefer, you can meet your guide in your hotel lobby at any time. Start your day with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization from your hotel in Cairo. Discover the oldest of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, and the only one that remains largely intact.

Your guide will help you take pictures for your trip during the tour. The tour then continues towards the Great Sphinx which dates back to the reign of Chephren, presenting the head of the pharaoh on the body of a lion. 13. Why is travel proportionally more expensive for one person?

The proportionately higher prices for people traveling alone (Solo Travelers) mostly result from the higher overnight-room costs, as normally almost all hotel rooms are structured for 2 people who can each assume half of the overnight costs.
