There, we will support you through every step of the check-in procedure and reassess your trip plans with you.
In the morning of your second day, we will pick you up in a private car after breakfast at your hotel to start your day tour of Cairo. The excursion will begin close to the Great Pyramids, where you can visit the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple of King Khufu, as well as the three significant pyramids of Khufu, Khafra, and Mankawra.
After stopping for lunch at a local restaurant, you'll go to Dahshour with your guide to enjoy a tour of the area and discover all of its attractions before continuing on to Memphis.
Once the day is over, you'll be driven back to your hotel.
By 6:30 a.m., our tour guide will be waiting to meet you for a delightful day trip to Alexandria in the hotel lobby. From Cairo, we will fly to Alexandria, the most significant Mediterranean city in Egypt.
The Citadel of Qaitbey, a fortress from the fifteenth century, will be your first visit. It is located in the harbour. It still clearly shows the remains of the historic Alexandria lighthouse. A major first-century archaeological monument is the Kom el Shogafa catacombs, the biggest Roman cemetery with three floors cut out of rock. More than 300 mummies, the most typical burial deities, and a number of Greco-Roman motifs may be found on its three basement floors.
A seafood restaurant will offer lunch, and there you may sample some of the most popular Egyptian specialties. Once you've had an opportunity to relax and recover at the Pompay Pillar, you'll go to Alexandria's Pompey Column and the Serapeus Temple Ruins. According to some historians, this significant Roman general was killed in combat and eventually interred here.
You'll visit the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, one of the most significant cultural hubs in the eastern Mediterranean, at the end of the day. We will deliver you back to your Cairo hotel in the late afternoon.
The Egyptian Civilisation National Museum, which showcases the rich diversity of Egyptian culture throughout history, will be your destination after breakfast. You will be picked up from your hotel by our tour guide. Our guide will take you to Coptic Cairo after lunch.
Visit the churches built over the crypt where St. Joseph the Carpenter, Jesus Christ, and his mother spent more than three months, the St. Sergius and Hanging Churches. The last building you will see is the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which was built before the ninth century and long used as a Coptic Church.
We'll take you back to your hotel after your vacation is done.
The fifth day of your White Desert Tour, which also includes a visit to the Bahariya Oasis, will see you departing from Cairo. The journey may start anywhere, much like the majority of our Cairo Day Tours. From Cairo to the Bahariya Oasis, it will take four hours in an air-conditioned car.
You have a booked visit to the Golden Mummies Museum. In enormous Greco-Roman cemeteries, the mummies were found next to the remains of an Alexander the Great Temple. There will also be evidence of the 26th dynasty local nobles or kings' tombs. The Temple of Muftella, which was built in honour of the deity Bis, is another sight you'll like. We'll next transport you to a restaurant designed to imitate an oasis where you can savour a wonderful supper of Egyptian cuisine. This should be an interesting experience for you. After that, we'll have a unique White Desert Safari by travelling to the White Desert. On our trip to Cairo, south of the oasis, we will go via the Valley of El Haize, a verdant village in the centre of the desert that is located before the black desert. If we have time, we may stop and investigate the local water spring.
Visit Crystal Mountain to see ancient quartz crystal formations, the Valley of Agabat to experience the thrill of sandboarding down the enormous sand dunes, and the gorgeous petrified wood formations. We will enjoy camping in the White Desert, where there is a strong chance of watching an amazing sunset, while your local guides prepare your lunch. While relaxing in the camp, take in the breathtaking stars.
Spend the evening observing the gorgeous stars away from the smoke of the big cities. As you awaken the next morning, the sun rising in the White desert will be the most breathtaking sight.
On the sixth day, breakfast will be served as you take in the White Desert's stunning views. Following that, you'll continue your Cairo Day Tours to view the area's breathtaking white limestone rocks, including the chicken formation, the rock that resembles the sphinx, the rock that resembles a whale, and the hill that resembles a rabbit. Also, you'll capture images of the desert's and the area's springs' stunning natural creations. Next, while travelling through the Black Desert, which is home to magnificent mountains covered in small black volcanic rocks, you will be transported to Cairo.
We'll stop at Bahariya to visit the fruit orchards, beautiful sand dunes, salt lake, and other sights before continuing on our journey.
The last day, our tour guide will be waiting to pick you up in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time so you can be taken back to the Cairo airport and leave Egypt with brand-new experiences, magnificent photographs, and incalculable memories.
