After breakfast, meet your Egyptologist guide and visit the Giza Pyramids and Great Sphinx. Learn about the construction and history of the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure.
Continue to the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) to see collections from ancient Egypt, including treasures from King Tutankhamun. End your day with a visit to Khan El Khalili Bazaar before returning to your hotel.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, your representative will meet you and transfer you to the Nile cruise for embarkation.
After lunch on board, begin your Aswan sightseeing tour with your Egyptologist guide. Visit the Aswan High Dam, an engineering project that controls the Nile's water flow and provides electricity to Egypt. Continue to the Unfinished Obelisk, which offers an insight into the techniques used by ancient Egyptian stoneworkers.
Then take a motorboat to Philae Temple, located on Agilkia Island. The temple complex was dedicated mainly to the goddess Isis and was relocated to higher ground during the construction of the High Dam.
Return to the cruise and sail toward Kom Ombo. Enjoy dinner and the evening entertainment on board.

Start your morning with breakfast on board before visiting Kom Ombo Temple. The temple stands on the eastern bank of the Nile and has a distinctive double design. One side was dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, while the other was dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus.
Return to the cruise and continue sailing toward Edfu. After lunch, visit the Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples from ancient Egypt. The temple was built for Horus and features large pylons, columns, reliefs, and inscriptions.
Return to the ship and enjoy afternoon tea while the cruise continues toward Esna. Take part in the captain's welcome cocktail before dinner.
Spend the evening enjoying the onboard entertainment and Nile views.

Enjoy breakfast while sailing toward Luxor. Once the cruise reaches the city, begin your Luxor sightseeing tour with the West Bank.
Visit the Valley of the Kings, where ancient Egyptian rulers were buried in rock-cut tombs. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, built for one of Egypt's most prominent female rulers.
Stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two large stone statues that once stood at the entrance of a temple complex.
Return to the cruise for lunch.
In the afternoon, explore Luxor's East Bank. Visit Karnak Temple, one of the largest religious complexes built in ancient Egypt, followed by Luxor Temple, which was connected to Karnak by an ancient avenue of sphinxes.
Return to the cruise for afternoon tea and dinner.

Enjoy your final breakfast on board before checking out of the Nile cruise.
Your representative will transfer you to Luxor International Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your Cairo hotel.

After breakfast, check out of your Cairo hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Amman.
Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, your Jordan tour manager will meet you and assist you through the arrival procedures.
Transfer to your hotel in Amman for check-in. You will receive information about the remaining days of your Egypt and Jordan Christmas tour.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can relax at the hotel or explore part of Amman's local atmosphere.

After breakfast, leave Amman and travel to Jerash, an ancient city known for its Roman ruins.
Explore the Oval Plaza, the Temple of Artemis, and the Colonnaded Street. Your guide will explain the history of the city and its role during the Roman period.
Continue to the Dead Sea, located at one of the lowest points on Earth. The high salt concentration allows visitors to float on the water. The area is also known for its mineral-rich mud.
Enjoy free time at the Dead Sea before returning to Amman.

After breakfast, begin your journey from Amman to Petra. The drive takes around two hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
Petra was established by the Nabataeans and became an important center for trade. Today, it is one of Jordan's main archaeological attractions and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Upon arrival, walk through the Siq, a narrow natural gorge that leads into the ancient city. Your first major view will be the Treasury, carved into the sandstone cliffs.
Continue through Petra to see the Royal Tombs and other monuments. You will have time to explore the archaeological site and learn about the Nabataean civilization.
After the tour, return to Amman for your final overnight stay in Jordan.
