The best time to visit the Giza Pyramids for tourists is typically during the cooler months of late autumn, winter, and early spring. Here's a breakdown of the seasons and what to expect:

Autumn (September to November): This is an excellent time to visit Giza as the weather is comfortably warm and daytime temperatures are generally in the mid-20s to low 30s Celsius (mid-70s to mid-80s Fahrenheit). The crowds are moderate during this season, making it a pleasant time to explore the pyramids.

Winter (December to February): Winter is the peak tourist season in Giza due to the mild and pleasant weather. Daytime temperatures range from the mid-teens to the low 20s Celsius (high 50s to low 70s Fahrenheit). The clear skies and cooler temperatures make for excellent conditions to visit the pyramids, and it's also an ideal time for activities like camel rides or exploring the surrounding areas.

Spring (March to May): Spring is another good time to visit, with gradually warming temperatures. Daytime temperatures range from the low 20s to the high 20s Celsius (mid-60s to high 70s Fahrenheit). The crowds start to pick up as the weather becomes more favorable, so it's best to arrive early to avoid long lines and the heat of the day.

Summer (June to August): Summer in Giza can be extremely hot, with daytime temperatures often exceeding 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit) and sometimes reaching 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) or higher. It's not the most comfortable time to explore the pyramids, and the heat can be quite intense. If you must visit during the summer, plan to arrive early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the peak heat.
