A Cairo Top Tours representative will welcome you at Luxor Airport or train station and drive you to your 5-day Nile cruise with MS Grand Sun. The first day will explore Luxor East Bank Tours, visiting the Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple, two of the world's largest ancient religious complexes. The Karnak temple is dedicated to worshiping Amen and his triad, Amen, Mut, and Khonso. The cruise ends with overnight accommodations and meals.
Before seeing the West Bank of Luxor excursions, take a hot air balloon trip in Luxor. See the Queen Hatshepsut Temple, constructed in the fifteenth century BCE as a tribute to King Thutmose III's daughter Amun. Discover the Valley of the Kings, a necropolis housing the tombs of nobles and kings. See the enormous statues of Amenhotep III, known as Colossei Memnon. sailing overnight on the Esna to Edfu.

One of Egypt's best-preserved temples, the Temple of Horus, is located in Edfu, which you will reach by boat today. Take a guided tour of the temple to see its exquisitely maintained reliefs that portray various events from Horus' life. You will sail on from this point to Kom Ombo, where you can explore another Horus-focused temple constructed by Ptolemy VII Philometor (145–117 BC). After that, get back to your cruise ship for a delectable lunch.
