Itinerary
Our professional tour leader will be waiting for you when your cruise ship docks in Alexandria Port. We'll be there to help you get off the ship and have a great trip!
Your day tour to the Giza Pyramids and Saqqara will start from Alexandria Port and travel to the Great Pyramid of Cheops, Your tour guide will provide you with information about how the pyramid was built and the reasons why it was erected in ancient Egypt.
Then you will proceed to visit the pyramid of king Chephren, who is the same Pharaoh that made the Sphinx protect the site, and finally, you will get to see the pyramid of king Mycerinus the last pyramid to be built here before riding the Camels.
Your special tour guide will take you after that to see the gigantic Sphinx, which reflects the head of one of the most famous kings and Pharaohs in Egyptian history and the body of the lion, and also the Valley Temple of the mummification of the Pharaohs' bodies.
You will enjoy your oriental lunch and then you will be accompanied by your tour guide to visit Saqqara and enjoy the sightseeing at the Step Pyramid complex built by king Djoser.
In Saqqara, you will be taken to visit one of the tombs of the Nobles in ancient Egypt, and you will go inside the pyramid of Teti which has a very beautiful burial chamber.
At the end of the day, our tour leader will take you back to Alexandria port.
