From here, you will proceed to the higher plateau where you will see the second pyramid of King Chephren and you will have a scenic view of the whole Giza plateau including the pyramid of King Mycerinus with the 3 adjacent pyramidions for the burial of the queens while having a great opportunity for a camel riding tour in Giza Pyramids (optional excursion) and your Bedouin guide will capture breathtaking photos for you while holding the pyramid between your hands.

Continue now your Giza Pyramids tour by visiting the Valley Temple where the mummification process of the king took place as part of the funerary rituals, facing the temple, you will see the famous figure of a man-headed lion known worldwide as the Great Sphinx which stood for centuries as a guardian for the whole necropolis, the idea of sphinxes in ancient Egypt is to symbolize that the pharaoh king has both authority and wisdom over the kingdom of upper and lower Egypt, and it continued by many pharaohs not only for this biggest sphinx in Giza which was thought to be carved for King Chephren himself.

The golden collection includes a huge sarcophagus, chairs, jewelry, and the golden mask of the child king.

Have an informative Coptic Cairo tour afterward, you will be transferred by your private vehicle to the area known as Old Cairo where you'll see the most ancient churches in the history of Christianity. The area was mostly built on the ruins of the Roman fortress of Babylon, some spots were blessed by the residents of the Holy family like the Hanging Church of the Holy Virgin Mary, which is suspended on two towers of the fortress, along with the Church of Saint Sergius, and the Synagogue of Ben Ezra, where it is believed that the basket of Prophet Moses was taken from, the Synagogue once was a Christian church but Ben Ezra bought it after the Christians offered it for sale as a result of the heavy taxes they were suffering from.
