The local agent of Cairo Top Tours provides you with many Egypt day trips in Aswan and in the whole of Egypt. He will greet you in the early morning and drive you in a private air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile Cruise boat. In a short while, we'll be checking in on our cruise.
After that, you will travel with our knowledgeable tour guide to the Aswan High Dam, which the late President Gamal Abdel Nasser constructed in 1960 to save the Nile water and later generate electricity. The Philae Temple, which was constructed in the third century BC during the Greco-Roman era, will be your next stop after sailing toward the banks of the Nile. From there, we will board a speedboat and travel to Agilika Island.
The Unfinished Obelisk, which was uncovered in a granite quarry in the southern part of Aswan, will be our last stop on this amazing day tour. We will return to our Nile Cruise to spend the night after the tour.
