Your English-speaking tour guide will meet you at the hotel after breakfast to begin your tour of the Giza Pyramids. You will visit the Great Pyramid of King Cheops and the Middle Pyramid of his son Chephren, two of the world's ancient wonders that still stand today.
In addition to the Pyramid of King Mycerinus, you will see the Valley Temple of King Chephren and the Great Sphinx, a massive monument on the Giza Plateau just outside Cairo.
You will be transferred to the Grand Egyptian Museum, which has two stories and houses the world's largest collection of Egyptian antiquities, as well as the unique golden treasure discovered untouched in the Valley of the Kings and owned by the boy king Tutankhamen.
Then, we'll begin our Coptic Cairo tour by visiting Babylon, an ancient Roman fortress, and the Hanging Church, which is raised above the old fort's two towers. You'll then see Abu Serga's church and the Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra, also known as the Ben Ezra Synagogue, an ancient Jewish synagogue in Old Cairo.
Enjoy your lunch in a good-quality Egyptian restaurant. Then, we will complete our Islamic Cairo trips to see the most famous mosques built during the Islamic era and Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar, then back to the hotel.
