The Temple of Luxor

Both temples are beautifully decorated with sculptures and artwork. This temple is a must-visit because of its intricately hand-carved pillars, statues, sculptures, and wall paintings.

In Cairo, get in a private van at your hotel. Drive leisurely 105 kilo metres southwest of Cairo to Fayoum. Arrive in the arid oasis of Fayoum Oasis and enjoy the birds at Quaroun Lake. Explore the Fayoum Museum's collection of sculptures and Roman portraits to learn more about the ancient city of Karanis.

After your tour, pause for lunch. Visit the Wadi Al Rayan environmental area, which is renowned for its animals, Quaroun Lake , and springs. Take some pictures of Egypt's biggest waterfall. Spend a free day in Sharm or sign up for our optional tour to The Monastery of St. Catherine, which is situated in Sinai's historic centre and is accessible by foot from Mount Sinai's Gebel Musa. This is where Moses received the Ten Commandments. The Greek Orthodox Church owns and operates the Saint Catherine monastery, which is surrounded by gardens and cypress trees.
