As you begin your Egypt christmas tours, our tour guide will be at Cairo International Airport waiting for you with a sign bearing your name to help you with all the procedures. Your luxurious, air-conditioned car will transport you from the airport to your lodging. When you arrive at the hotel, our tour guide will help you check in without incident. He will also go over the itinerary for your journey with you in order to confirm the pick-up timings for each of the various journeys.
Cairo's overnight stay
Before leaving for your Cairo day tours to the Giza Pyramids, Memphis, and Saqqara, have breakfast at the hotel.
Our tour guide will accompany you to the Giza pyramids, where you can find the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus, and more. Once there, you will see the Great Sphinx, which has a lion's body in place of the Pharaoh's head to symbolize the king's might and wisdom.
The royal corpse of King Chephren was mummified there before burial. Your guide will go over each step of the mummification process with you.
Lunch time arrives! After stopping for lunch at a top-notch restaurant, you'll be led to Sakkara to see the Step Pyramid of King Zoser, which is thought to be the oldest man-built structure made entirely of stone in the entire world (Djoser Pyramid). The abundance of dates and olives there is widely recognized. Explore the oasis with the assistance of your guide and take in the vast surroundings of shady palm palms and natural springs.
