You'll have a personal guide and driver take you to the Grand Egyptian Museum, which is a world-class cultural landmark that presents the history of ancient Egypt through thousands of unique artifacts, monumental statues, and exhibitions that span Egypt's glorious past.
After breakfast, you will visit an exhibition of ancient Egyptian treasures, including the famous gold mask of King Tutankhamun. Then we will take you to Salah El Din Citadel, a twelfth-century fortress that helped secure Cairo, and the Mosque Of Muhammad Ali, one of many interesting buildings inside the citadel. You will enjoy the scenery of Islamic Cairo with its mosques, captivating minarets, and interesting domes.
We'll enjoy a wonderful lunch in a top-class restaurant, followed by a fascinating tour of old Roman ruins, the Hanging Church, and the Church of Abu Serga. Our final stop in Coptic Cairo will be the Ben Ezra Synagogue, one of the oldest synagogues in Egypt and the Middle East.
At the end of our Cairo Day Tours, we will conclude the Islamic Cairo trips with a visit to Khan El Khalili, an ancient medieval market district, and then your driver will take you back to your hotel.
